"I booked this hotel to catch an early morning high-speed train from Longmen Station the next day. It's very close to the high-speed rail station as the crow flies, but there's no direct access, so you have to walk around, which takes about 15 minutes. The commercial area nearby still seems undeveloped. The hotel itself is very new, and the facilities and breakfast are both excellent. I arrived at night and forgot to take photos of the hotel."

"Tucked in a quiet area yet near to the walking street. The owner is very nice to help us check the local tour options and patiently explained the details. She even arranged her staff to take us to the pick up point as we had to leave early the next day. It’s a pity that we stayed for one night as we had to rush back to Xi’an. Wished we had stayed longer! Definitely recommended place to stay in Luoyang 藏在一个安静的区域里，却离步行街很近。店主非常热心，帮我们查看当地的旅游行程，并耐心地为我们讲解细节。她也安排员工在第二天一早送我们到接送点，因为我们要早早离开。很可惜只住了一晚就得赶回西安，真希望能多住几天！这绝对是洛阳非常值得推荐的住宿地点。"

"Before I even arrived, I'd heard so much about the Christine Hotel in Luoyang. They say the service here is top-notch, truly the best in the hotel industry. Honestly, I've stayed in many star-rated hotels, and I've heard the term 'top-notch' tossed around countless times, usually an exaggeration. But this time, I can confidently say that the service at Christine Hotel Luoyang is absolutely well-deserved! From check-in to check-out, it was meticulously thoughtful, to the point where it almost felt embarrassing! For example, upon arrival, there wasn't just welcome fruit, but also a welcome meal, and it was unlimited! Turn-down service, laundry service, room service, and even during housekeeping, they noticed I brought a toothbrush and thoughtfully placed a toothbrush holder. When they saw me wearing glasses returning to the hotel, a service attendant even brought me a glasses cloth. All the staff's smiles and attitudes made me feel truly at home and that every request would be met! And there's one more thing I absolutely have to mention: I accidentally lost my necklace and couldn't find it anywhere, no matter how long I searched. To my astonishment, the hotel returned it to me! They said it was found in the hotel lobby, and after checking surveillance footage, they confirmed it was me who lost it. I was truly dumbfounded; I had given up all hope of finding it, and yet, it was returned! Overall, I absolutely must give it a five-star recommendation. The service here even surpasses a five-star rating! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"The butler Xiao Kong's service attitude is super helpful. The hotel is in a good location. There is a supermarket downstairs. I love shopping. It is within walking distance of Yingtianmen, Jiuzhouchi and everything else. It is not very convenient to take a taxi during the Chinese New Year, but taking public transportation is also very convenient. There is a bus stop not far downstairs."

"The hotel's location is fantastic, right by Luoyi Ancient City and just a stone's throw from Yingtian Gate. The owner is incredibly kind. The cleanliness and facilities far exceeded expectations for the price point; most rooms feature smart home technology, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. What truly impressed me was that after we had already checked out and left with our luggage, the owner chased after us on his motorcycle just to give us a souvenir. This level of thoughtfulness compelled me, someone who never writes reviews, to pen this one."

"Service: The service was very good. Environment: The hotel's management and facilities are a bit old-fashioned, but the outdoor environment is very comfortable. Overall, I'd say the value for money is average. While some online promotions exaggerated the service quality, it was really just normal hotel service, not as over-the-top as advertised. The free snacks and drinks were a definite plus, though. We arrived when their system was down, and they said they'd notify us about getting our key cards later, but we never received a notification and had to go to the front desk to ask for them. Also, since we didn't book breakfast, they didn't inform us about the price or how to book it. The stay itself was very pleasant, quite quiet, and the outdoor scenery was beautiful."

"The location is excellent, but getting a taxi is very inconvenient. Since it's located within a pedestrian street, driving a car or parking in their lot requires advanced maneuvering skills to navigate the narrow alleyways. Sometimes you might even encounter a truck coming from the opposite direction, forcing you to back up. If you have large luggage, I wouldn't recommend staying here either. The uphill slope and the pedestrian street itself are paved with ancient bricks, making the surface uneven and incredibly difficult to drag luggage over. However, if you're traveling light and independently, I highly recommend it because it's so convenient. The room itself was nice, but my specific room had a terrace, and the outdoor table was quite dusty, which wasn't very hygienic. The closet also felt a bit dusty. Overall, it's still a very good guesthouse."

Although I encountered some minor problems, the staff kept apologizing and helping to solve them. They really put customers first. "Highly recommend to anyone visiting Luoyang! The hotel's location is incredibly convenient. Within a 5-10 minute walk to your right, you'll find Yingjing Gate and Qingtang Mingtang, while a subway station is conveniently located on your left. Lijing Gate and Shizi Street are just a 5 RMB taxi ride away, and Luoyi Ancient City is also nearby. Getting around by bus, subway, or taxi is incredibly easy. The hotel offers excellent value for money and attentive service. The reception staff consistently offer a warm, standing greeting upon entry, truly demonstrating a guest-first approach! Upon check-in, we were assigned a personal assistant who was incredibly responsive to all our needs. While the breakfast wasn't lavish, it was satisfying and enjoyable. We stayed in a suite this time and were very satisfied. My only minor suggestion for improvement would be cleanliness. Additionally, the shower's half-door design meant the bathroom floor often got wet; a full enclosure would be a significant improvement. Receiving a thoughtful souvenir upon check-out was a lovely and warm touch!"
